When is IML's registration deadline?
There is no deadline to register for IMLIVE, as long as you are registered online prior to the date or you can register to check in at the event registration center. We advise that you register online prior to the event date to avoid a long wait because seating is limited. On the day of the event, the IML registration area is open from 6:00PM - 7:00PM.

When will my IML badge be mailed out to me?
Badges are not being mailed out in advance of the event. Instead you’ll be sent a reminder email confirmation a few days before the event which will include your registration number. To expedite your on-site check-in, you’ll need to print out that registration confirmation and bring it with you to one of the IML Registration areas, where you will be able to quickly look up your name and then print your own badge or check with one of our representatives.

How can I be a volunteer at IML?
Anyone is eligible to volunteer for IML events except for any person under the age of 18. All IML volunteers must sign up and go through the traning process before you are qualified. We will send you all the information about the training procedures. Qualified volunteers will be given IML paraphernalia and also a 1 year FREE subscription to GX Magazine click here to sign up

Are students, unemployed, retired or minors allowed to attend?
IML is a FREE event that is open to everyone including students, unemployed and retired professionals. We are sorry no one under the age of 17 can attend IML. Infants, children and strollers are prohibited from the event.
